Stella A. Havkin practices out of the Woodland Hills office of the firm. Since graduating from Hastings in 1987, Ms. Havkin has practiced primarily in business, commercial and bankruptcy law. Among others, she represents landlords, financial institutions, creditors and debtors. She has developed an expertise in collections on behalf of creditors and financial institutions which has required litigation in Texas and Florida as well as litigating nondischargeability and preference actions in Bankruptcy Courts.
During her practice, Ms. Havkin has been admitted to all California State Courts, California Federal District Courts, Western Texas District Court, Western Texas Bankruptcy Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court. |
